1. What do I need to become an ambassador?

The main thing that we're looking for is passion for our brand. We want people to join our team who want to help us grow. In return for promoting our products, you'll be paid 10% commission on every sale you generate. This is tracked through your unique referral link or discount code. 

2. How do I join the ambassador program?

Joining our ambassador program is easy. Just complete the application form to apply and we'll get back to you by email with more information. If you are approved, you'll receive an email with your password to login to our dashboard. Here you will be able to track all of your referrals, sales and commission payments.

3. Your form asks if I'm willing to purchase from you to help with promotion, is this mandatory?

In a word, yes. The reason for this is not because we want to make money from you, it's to prove that you are willing to support the brand and that you are serious about promoting Progressed and helping us to grow. Before we introduced this, we had people becoming ambassadors for the wrong reasons, simply wanting to call themselves an 'athlete' or show off to their friends, but not actually promoting us in the right way. 

We don't impose a minimum spend, but we believe that asking you to invest in the brand to become an ambassador is fair, after all how can you really promote us and call yourself an ambassador if you don't even own any of our products? Besides, if you promote us effectively, you should be able to earn the money you spend back quite quickly anyway :)

4. How do I know I will be paid for my referrals?

The system we use tracks every person that clicks on your referral link using cookies and IP addresses. If a visitor purchases from us within 30 days of following your link, you are automatically credited with that sale and paid 10% of the purchase value in commission. Any sales made using a unique discount code are automatically tracked back to you regardless of when the sale takes place or whether the person followed your link. 

PLEASE NOTE: Our ambassador program is designed to reward you for sales you personally generate for our brand, not on your own orders or on sales that would have happened anyway, therefore, we do not pay commission on orders placed by you, orders going to your address (even if using a different name), or on orders credited to you by posting your link/code on voucher sites. 

5. How will the commission be paid to me?

Our payment method to you is via PayPal. We generally issue payments quarterly but can do them more frequently if you require us to. All payments are issued in GBP but, of course, will be converted if this is not your local currency.
